Abner has been displaced from his home/church/orphanage again, and moved to a small structure near a local river.

Abner was threatened by the local government at his new place, who gave him a few days to pack up and leave.  Abner fasted and prayed, waiting on God.

“When the government announced I must leave. I was not eating anything from then to now, and God showed me 3 different kinds of buildings in a dream: one is a church, one is an orphanage, and one a home for the elderly”

As Abner waited on God to save him, the government officials never came to remove him.

Unfortunately, other government authorities are now requiring Abner move within the next 7 months, as they are widening the river for a Hindu festival, which will displace Abner and his orphans.

“We are living here beside the Hindu temple where they will have a Hindu festival of the river this year. They are widening the river for the festival. They are supposed to give us a place to stay since they are moving us, but they will not help us because we are Christians. They will not give to a Christian.”

The government has been particularly cruel to Abner, dredging up and dumping a massive pile of mud up against the front of Abner’s home.

“Hello my dear brothers and sisters, the government has dug up the river mud and put it against my home and church.  They gave me 7 months only to stay here. Please pray for this”

But God is active, and we know He will show up for Abner.

“God has given me visions, showing me preaching in a huge church with so many believers, and in Africa where there is no proper place to worship, and in America to people who have left the faith.  He showed me a building for the children to live in, and a vision that God opened the doors for my children’s home”

Please join in God’s work, and reach out to Abner to help co-labor with God in His love for these orphans and impoverished people. Abner is a young man, 20 years old, with no resources, yet God is doing mighty things with him.  We can all be a part of this mighty work

I went to the village of Gullapadu today.  I found a man who was dangerously sick, perhaps with HIV,TB, or another sickness.  He was bed-ridden for the past two months with severe cough, body pain, fever, weight loss, and no strength. So I prayed for him for two days, and he got better!  We also got to show the village a Jesus film.  Many of them were crying through it as I prayed for them.  Many came to Christ!  Please join us in prayer!

I want to share a small testimony from yesterday at the village prayer meeting.
One man shared his testimony.  He was sick for 6 months, and the people thought he and his wife had HIV AIDS, and so no one came to see them.  One day, while he was coughing, one of the believers saw his sickness and so she bought him to our church.  We prayed for him strongly, and afterwards we took him to the hospital.  The doctor said he has no problem at all, God healed him completely.  Now he is doing good, glorifying God’s name.  Yesterday he shared this all while crying, and it made me cry.  He said “my parents and my relative wouldn’t see me when I got sick, yet God Himself healed me!  Glory to God”   -Abner

“Jesus showed us there are so many people in the villages who don’t know Jesus. I have the great vision to share the Gospel with everyone, so I started this ministry where I and the children go into the villages to share Jesus with the people.  I take the children because they are very interested in this work.  My brothers and father also help as we preach the real Gospel, pray for the sick, sing songs, and provide food in the villages twice a month.  We have seen many miracles and many coming to Christ.  We also hope to one day show movies as well, but currently don’t have a projector.”

From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise – Matthew 21:16

“This is a Sunday school ministry that started many years ago by the encouragement of Holy Spirit. The youth in my church help me to lead teaching and sing songs at all of our branch locations every Sunday and during vacation times.  We focus on prayer, worship songs, and bible reading. This ministry is so encouraging to us because we see that God is staying in the children’s hearts as they are brought up in Christ.” – Abner

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. – Proverbs 22:6 

“One day, a small child came to my home begging. I asked that girl about her family, and I visited them.  When I visited them and saw all their problems, it made me cry.  No one goes to them to help them.  They are helpless.  Their parents live by collecting the waste papers.  Children go work in hotels and shops and are not in school.  We started this ministry to help these people and children, and to preach the Gospel to them.  Last time we provided cloth to them.  Whenever we go, we provide food to them.  My friends help me teach the children, while my brother and father help me preach the Gospel and sing songs. This ministry makes me so grateful.  The work makes me happy, teaching the children and praying for them, doing good to them and bringing a bright future to their lives.”

And Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “You lack one thing: go, sell all that you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” – Mark 10:21

“I, my church members, and my brother started this ministry by helping the people in remote areas, such as Jangareddy Gudem, where people don’t have proper housing or food.  These people don’t know who God is, so we decided to go once monthly and introduce them to the real God, while we also help them with cloth and food, as well as sing songs and worship.” – Abner

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. – Isaiah 55:12

“This ministry began when I noticed a sign next to a leper colony, near Tadepalligudem, asking for help.  I went to the people there to meet them and they explained that they have leprosy and have been begging for food but not getting enough.  From that moment on I decided to help however I could.  My brothers and sometimes my father come with me there each week to bring whatever cloth and food we can get to help, and we pray with them and preach the Lord’s word to them. 

The first time I visited them made me cry because when I asked them to sing a song, they sang: ‘Jesus is within us, we have no problems, we are always happy’.  When they said these things, I gave thanks to Jesus for His dwelling in their hearts.  I am even more happy when I visit them now because they never think that they are sick, they are always happy.”

The blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them. – Matthew 11:5
